You must have an established wholesale account before placing an order.

To Establish a New Wholesale Account:
Fax your completed Certificate of Exemption and New Account Info forms to 503-584-4002. Please do not submit an order until you've received and read our New Wholesale Account email, which we'll send promptly after setting up your account. That letter contains the Username and Password needed to access the wholesale portion of our website, plus other important information about your account. 

Payment:
OPENING ORDERS and orders over $300 must be placed online and paid via credit card (see Payment Method) - Net 30 on credit approval thereafter. 

Shipping Charges: 
Shipping charges are added to your invoice.  We ship via U.S. Postal Service (Priority Mail or Flat Rate Priority Mail, whichever is most cost-effective).
